Another Website Upgrade and Reboot

I finished another website upgrade and reboot last night. I created a new theme for Home Loan Focus. This site has been slightly dormant for a couple weeks as I fell behind there. I write as a ghost writer for a much larger site focused on the mortgage industry. This particular site picks up a few similar articles and comes at the topic from a different approach and angle designed to talk more with consumers and less with industry insiders.

Adventures in Javascript with WordPress Page Templates

This site was somewhat exceptional in that I figured out how to run javascript tools on WordPress pages, using WP templates. There are a number of financial calculator tools on the site, and they all run on javascript. Pairing those together has always been problematic with WordPress, because of the code required in the header, but with a template, you can have unique <head> sections on any given page (not posts).

Anyway, now I need to dig in and get caught up on some other work.
