Day 2 With Vibram Five Finger KSO shoes

Feet feel good. My right ankle on the outer side is a little sore from the extra flexing from essentially running 2 miles bare footed. I think the pad on my foot just back from my 3rd & 4th toes by my little toes a little sore as well.

I expected my leg, calve and shin muscles to be sore too, but they are not.  Guess I was in better shape than I realized.  Maybe that can be attributed to wearing sandals & thin soled sketchers for years.
