Day 2 With Vibram Five Finger KSO shoes
Feet feel good. My right ankle on the outer side is a little sore from the extra flexing from essentially running 2 miles bare footed. I think the pad on my foot just back from my 3rd & 4th toes by my little toes a little sore as well.
I expected my leg, calve and shin muscles to be sore too, but they are not. Â Guess I was in better shape than I realized. Â Maybe that can be attributed to wearing sandals & thin soled sketchers for years.

Just don’t go too far too fast — some people have felt great and initially had low soreness only to hurt themselves by pushing themselves a bit too hard.
Maybe you already got the biomechancis down though!

Yeah, completely understand.
For me it wasn’t so much muscle soreness, but I have noticed that if I run too hard (sprint) the balls of my left foot does get a little sore, especially if I’m running on pavement or a hard surface
