Another Sick Child – 3rd Time is not a Charm

Today I woke up earlier than I expected with a sick daughter. She had gotten sick during the night, my wife awoke to find a very messy situation. My daughter shares a bed with our other daughter, and we had to get them both cleaned up in the shower.

The sick daughter got stay home from daycare today, while our other kids got on the bus and headed to school. We had an ugly flu bug that’s been going to the household going first to my son who is 10 years old, and the next to our middle daughter who is six years old.

It is now hit our youngest daughter who’s getting ready to turn for this June. So she stayed home with me today, and I didn’t get too much sleep because I stayed up very late last night with client and working on my taxes.

Now it is about one o’clock in the afternoon, and she seems to be doing a little better even though her appetite hasn’t come back yet. Unfortunately I think this bug is starting to hit me because I’m starting to feel a bit queasy.
